Turn a tight corner in your coolant or charge-air plumbing with the Flexfab 7884-400 90° silicone elbow. Its low-dilation, 3-ply meta-aramid construction holds shape under boost and heat — a dual-purpose elbow rated for both coolant hose and charge-air-connector duty.
Why this Flexfab 90° silicone elbow
- Dual-purpose design — works as a coolant hose or a charge-air connector, so one part covers two jobs.
- 3-ply meta-aramid, low-dilation — resists ballooning under pressure for a stable, reliable bend.
- −65°F to +500°F range — extreme-duty-cycle tested for hostile engine environments.
- Meets SAE J20 R1 Class A & TMC RP303B Class I Grade II — documented spec-grade performance.
- 4.00″ (102mm) ID, 90° bend, 9.50″ legs, .140″/.190″ wall — sized for a clean clamp seal on both legs.
Pair with appropriate clamps on each leg for a secure, leak-free connection. Leg length is measured from the start of the bend radius to the end of the hose.
Backed by hpcouplers’ fast shipping and easy returns — order with confidence from a trusted industrial hose and coupler supplier.
