Seal your turbocharger and charge-air-cooler plumbing with the Flexfab 7866 Convoluted Reducer — a orange silicone connector built for the heat and boost pressure of diesel charge-air systems. Engineered to withstand hostile engine environments, it resists the cracking and blow-off that plague lesser connectors.
Why this Flexfab charge air connector
- 4-ply silicone-coated meta-aramid construction — high pressure and heat resistance for hot or cold side of the CAC system.
- Rated to +500°F (from −65°F) — handles post-turbo intake heat without hardening or failing.
- Stainless steel pressure retention rings where noted — engineered for a secure, blow-off-resistant connection.
- 4.50″ ID × 7.00″ overall length — sized to fit standard charge-air piping. Reducing design steps between two pipe sizes.
- Oil-splash, ozone, and UV resistant — long service life under the hood.
Ideal for diesel truck engines delivering pressurized intake air to the intercooler and intake manifold. Pair with appropriate T-bolt clamps for a secure seal.
Backed by hpcouplers’ fast shipping and easy returns — order with confidence from a trusted industrial hose and coupler supplier.
