The Water-Tite Square Ice Maker Outlet Box features a special contoured design that offers quick and easy valve access. Its one-piece box-and-flange construction delivers ideal mounting stability, requiring no additional support framing. This outlet box includes one pre-installed lead-free brass valve that has an integrated hammer arrester, which absorbs sudden pressure changes to reduce stress on the plumbing system, providing continuous and maintenance-free protection against water hammer. The Water-Tite Square Ice Maker Outlet Box comes with a snap-on faceplate that measures 8-1/4 inches wide by 7-5/16 high and is able to accommodate up to 3/4-inch drywall.
